At Flourish Wellness & Birth Co., the health and well-being of both you and your baby are our top priority. We are proud to offer both elective and diagnostic ultrasound services right here in our clinic for your convenience and peace of mind.

Our ultrasound technician, Laura, brings over 13 years of OB ultrasound experience, and our diagnostic ultrasounds are reviewed by an expert Perinatologist. Together, this level of experience and specialized care allows us to provide high-quality imaging and thoughtful evaluation throughout your pregnancy journey.

Initial Dating Ultrasound

This ultrasound can tell us a lot about the early status of your pregnancy including, the pregnancy location, fetal heart rate, number of fetuses and confirming or setting your estimated due date. This ultrasound is typically done in the first trimester.

* Depending on your gestational age, a transvaginal approach may be recommended.

Complete Anatomy Ultrasound

This is the big ultrasound! During this detailed scan, we evaluate your baby from head to toe, assess growth and estimated fetal weight, confirm your due date, and check placental location and anatomy. This important ultrasound helps ensure both you and your baby are healthy and progressing well throughout pregnancy. Typically performed around 20 weeks gestation.

* This ultrasound is available to all patients. Non-Flourish patients will need an order from their OB provider, along with the results from their previous complete anatomy ultrasound faxed to our office prior to scheduling.

Follow Up Ultrasound

This ultrasound is performed after the complete anatomy scan and is used to evaluate your baby’s growth, estimated fetal weight, position, and amniotic fluid levels. It may also be used to obtain additional views of anatomy that were not clearly seen on a prior ultrasound.
* This ultrasound is available to all patients. Non-Flourish patients will need an order from their OB provider, along with the results from their previous complete anatomy ultrasound faxed to our office prior to scheduling.

For Fun Scans

Want to sneak a peek at your growing baby or find out your baby’s gender before 20 weeks? Come visit Laura for a special bonding experience with your little one! This ultrasound includes 3D, 4D, and HD-live images and videos so you can see your baby in incredible detail. All images and videos will be printed and sent directly to your mobile device, and gender reveal cards are available upon request.

Abdominal & GYN/Pelvic Ultrasounds

We offer both abdominal and GYN/pelvic ultrasounds in a comfortable, supportive setting right here in our clinic. These non-invasive imaging exams allow us to evaluate abdominal organs such as the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, and pancreas, as well as the female reproductive organs including the uterus and ovaries. Ultrasounds may be recommended for concerns such as abdominal or pelvic pain, irregular bleeding, ovarian cysts, fertility concerns, bloating, or other symptoms requiring further evaluation.
